Healthbase

Our agents

You get a name and a licence number.

The same agent handles your case from the first call to the enrolment, and afterwards when something goes wrong. Not a queue, and not a department.

Marisol Vega

Principal agent

Takes the cases that do not fit a category — people still working past 65, households splitting between Medicare and the Marketplace, and anyone who has already enrolled in something that does not suit them.

(866) 346-1635 ext. 101

Licensed agent

Daniel Okafor

Licensed agent · Medicare

Handles turning-65 cases and the annual autumn review, including the formulary check that stops a covered prescription quietly becoming an uncovered one.

(866) 346-1635 ext. 102

Licensed agent

Priya Raghunathan

Licensed agent · Marketplace

Works the household income and subsidy side, including the cases where income is genuinely hard to predict — self-employment, seasonal work, and a year with a job change in it.

(866) 346-1635 ext. 103

Licensed agent

Ruth Ellery

Licensed agent · Dental, vision & hearing

Reads the waiting periods and annual maximums that decide whether an ancillary plan will actually do what someone is hoping it will do, and says plainly when it will not.

(866) 346-1635 ext. 104

Licensed agent

Corey Alderman

Client services

Books appointments, chases carrier paperwork and answers the telephone. Corey is not a licensed agent and will not advise on plan selection — that is a real distinction and we would rather state it than blur it.

(866) 346-1635 ext. 105

Not a licensed agent · does not advise on plan selection

Nadia Brandt

Compliance

Keeps the licences, appointments and annual certifications current, and reviews what goes on this website. Not a licensed agent and does not advise on plan selection.

(866) 346-1635 ext. 106

Not a licensed agent · does not advise on plan selection

On the initials

Where we do not have a genuine photograph of an agent, this page shows their initials rather than a stock image or a generated face.

An invented face beside the name and licence number of a regulated individual misrepresents that person. On a page about who will advise you on your health coverage, that is a strange place to start. When a real photograph exists it replaces the initials in the same slot.

Talk to one of them

One agent handles your case from the first call. We'll walk your options and tell you plainly what we can and cannot see.

No obligation. We'll tell you if a free option through Medicare.gov or HealthCare.gov suits you better. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm ET.
